- We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs 250.
- We do not charge any fee for processing COD orders.
- COD is currently available for orders worth Rs 4,500 and under for all products except eyewear products. We will not be able to offer COD for Eyecare products, like eyeglasses or sunglasses with power, that have to be custom made.
- Orders are shipped on the same day or next working day. Orders are delivered within
3-7 business days.
- Orders are shipped through reputed courier services like DTDC and Aramex. As soon
as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and
the name and website of the courier company through which it is shipped. You can log on to their website and track the status of your order using the tracking number provided. Alternatively you can contact our customer service team who will be happy to track it for you.

- The price listed on the website is the final price. There are no hidden costs, extra
taxes or shipping fees that you will be asked to pay later.
Cash On Delivery: According to this method the payment is made at the time
of the actual delivery. You can pay cash on delivery to the courier that delivers
your product. The courier will not accept cheques or demand draft, only cash is
EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments): EMI scheme is available for ICICI, AXIS,
Kotak Mahindra, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank Credit Cards for orders worth Rs. 3000 and above.
You can pay in 3, 6, 9 or 12 easy monthly instalments. The following Bank Interest Rates are Applicable on EMI payments:
3 Months: 3.85%
6 Months: 7%
9 Months: 9%
12 Months: 11%

Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a wrong product or a product in damaged condition, please contact

you send it back in its original packing, including the box and information booklet,
if any. We will either exchange it or issue you a full refund upon receipt.

Refunds are dealt with expeditiously.
